How to Request Account Deletion

Send an Email:

Submit your deletion request by emailing deleteaccount@macrostorie.com.

Provide Required Information:

• Email subject: Account Deletion Request
• In the email body, include the email address associated with your account.

Verification Process:

• We may request additional information to verify account ownership.
• Once verification is complete, your account and all related data will be permanently deleted.

Processing Time:

The account deletion process will be completed within 7 business days.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is irreversible, and all data will be permanently removed.
• If you only wish to delete specific data, please check the relevant settings within the app.
