• Photos: The photos you upload to the app for the purpose of face swapping. These photos are stored temporarily in Google Cloud Storage and BunnyCDN, and automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Names: The name you provide while using the app for personalization purposes.
• Faces: The faces you add for face swapping purposes are stored in our database and can be deleted by you at any time.

Third-Party Services

We use Fal ai for face swapping services. Your selected photos are sent to Fal ai via a URL, and they process the face swap accordingly. Only the URL of the photo is shared with Fal ai, ensuring that no personal data is transmitted.

Data Storage and Retention

• Your photos are stored in Google Cloud Storage and BunnyCDN for a period of 30 days and are automatically deleted thereafter.
• Faces uploaded for swapping are stored in our database and can be removed by the user anytime through the app.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following purposes:

• To provide the core functionality of the app, such as face swapping.
• To communicate with you regarding updates, new features, and customer support.
• To improve the user experience by understanding how the app is used.

Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information, including using secure storage on Google Cloud Storage and BunnyCDN. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Sharing Your Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as outlined below:

• We share the URLs of your uploaded photos with Fal ai for the purpose of performing face swaps. No personal data is shared.
• We may share data with service providers to support the app, including cloud storage services and payment processing.

User Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Delete Account: You can delete your account and all associated data (including credits) by clicking on the "Delete Account" button in the settings. This action will permanently delete all your data from our servers.
• Face Deletion: You can delete any faces you have uploaded by visiting the "Faces" section in the app.

Data Transfer

Your personal information, including uploaded photos, may be transferred to and stored on servers outside of your country. By using our app, you consent to this transfer and storage of your data.

Children's Privacy

Posestyle is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us to have the information deleted.
